  • 4 thin slices of pork
  • 4 thin slices of beef

For the pork marinade: 

  • 45 ml of sesame oil
  • 15 ml of soy sauce
  • 5 ml of honey
  • 6 g of finely chopped ginger
  • Sichuan pepper

For the beef marinade:

  • 45 ml sesame oil
  • 15 ml soy sauce
  • 5 ml of honey
  • 2 finely chopped garlic cloves
  • 1 chopped spring onion
  • Sichuan pepper

  • Mix together all the ingredients for each marinade
  • Incorporate the meat. Leave to marinate for at least 10 minutes
  • Cook the marinated meat in a pan, around 6 minutes for the pork and 4 minutes for the beef
  • Put the Finedor on an oiled skewer
  • Use a bread knife and cut the length into a spiral
  • Bake for around 8 minutes at 180°. Remove the rod
  • Put the marinated pork and beef on a piece of plastic film, roughly 20 cm long
  • Roll and press the film to make a thin sausage (2 cm diameter)
  • Remove the film and then delicately roll the sausage around the spiral Finedor
  • Cover with the marinade and then sprinkle with sesame seeds, ginger and the spring onion leaves
